On Saturday, I had the wonder idea of eating an edible and making a delicious ass meal. Now, for those who aren’t familiar, edibles are food made with cannabis oil/butter. And anyone who knows me knows that I don’t partake in marijuana related activities so my tolerance is very low. Needless to say, this was quite the adventure. With my best gal pal Wonda as my sous chef, we created arguably the fanciest pizza ever. Topped wit shrimp, goat cheese, and pesto sauce, this pizza was everything two incredibly high girls could want.
Start of with a bag of shrimp; I used the 50-60 count of raw shrimp & seasoned them with lemon, pepper, and salt.
then sautéed them in extra-virgin olive oil & garlic until they were nice & pink then finished them of with some sherry cooking wine. Continue Reading
