Six Solid Songs To Add To Your Spring Playlist

Love isn’t the only thing in the air this spring. Here’s a few of Chani’s favorites that we think you should add to your Spring playlist!

6. Saweetie feat. Kehlani- ICY GRL

We all know the “My Neck, My Back” beat as soon as it comes on, but we never heard it like this. Saweetie uses this beat to brag about how flossy and phenomenal she is and on the remix fan fav Kehlani hops on the track to boast about how she can take your man or woman. This is a great track to put the top down and go hard to.

5.) Dreadz & Bredadz – Nook ft Sada Baby and FMB DZ

This track might be from last summer, but as a Detroit girl, I love a hard ass Detroit song to go dumb too and this right here has all of my attention. Sada Baby has the highest energy in the city forcing everyone on any track with him to give their all. Nook and FMB DZ definitely match the energy and talk that Detroit cash shit all over this track.

4.) Boo’d Up – Ella Mai

Not everyone’s spring and summer mood is to go hard, some people like it sweet and slow, and Ella Mai has the perfect jam for all of those who are falling in love as the weather warms up. Even if you aren’t interested in anyone as soon as “Boo’d Up” comes on you will be reaching for a new lover’s hand.

3.) She Bad – Cardi B ft YG

Cardi B is one of the baddest in the game and YG is one of the bossiest. These two bonafide bloods have created one of the best party tracks of the year with this track. Every time it comes on you’re going to run right to the dance floor to get your twerk on.

2.) Barbie Tingz x Nicki Minaj

No matter if this song was inspired by beef with fellow Queens or not, we are getting all types of mixtape Nicki reads on this track. Using bits and pieces of the “Lean Back” beat is kind of shady, but it’s also what makes this track so damn good.

1.) Friends x J Cole ft Kill Edward

J. Cole is known for being one of the most conscious rappers in hip hop and his new project KOD is no exception to who he is. Friends calls on people to put down the drugs and look into themselves, giving personal experience and throwing a few jabs at drug culture. It’s the perfect song to sit back, chill, and if you’re into irony, smoke to.
