Holiday season is in full swing and I’m here to give you my ten favorite looks for all of your Christmas/ Chanukah/ Kwanzaa/ Festivus/Whatever party needs!
What would any holiday party outfit be without some glitter?
1.) Sweet Nothings Sequin Dress in gold $78 NastyGal.com
I have a sweet spot for anything rose gold, so when I saw this low-backed midi-dress, I instantly fell in love!
2.) Rare London All Over Sequin Jumpsuit with Cross Back $106 ASOS.com
I live for anytime I can have a jumpsuit moment. And this jumpsuit is the jumpsuit to end all jumpsuits. I feel like a major Bianca Jagger moment can be had in this, all you need is a horse to ride into a club on.
3.) ASOS Petite Night Premium Embellished Romper $81.50 from ASOS.com
Shout out to my friend Jenn for showing me this. at first, I had mixed feelings about it but I kept thinking about it. Now, I’m full-blown in love. Wear it with some nice black tights or if you’re from the Cardi B camp like I am, go bare-legged.
4.) Nasty Gal Alloy About Eve Metallic dress $88 NastyGal.com
Another dramatic moment waiting to happen: this long, silver dress with a low back is quite possibly my favorite on the list. This dress personifies me as a person, flashy, over-the-top, and perfectly appropriate for a soirée.
5.) Wide Pleated Trousers + Flounce top $69.90 & $39.90 Zara.com
anything 1970’s inspired is a good idea to me. Take these pants & top for instance: this stylish look is unexpected, but perfect for a cocktail party at your bff’s house.
Totally biased on this one, but if you can’t show some skin on New Year’s Eve, when the hell can you?
6.) Lace Bodysuit Wide Leg jumpsuit $68.00 Missguidedus.com
This reminds me of that Givenchy jumpsuit that Kim Kardashian wore earlier this year. The jumpsuit is a great example how you can be fully clothed & still very sexy.
7.) Gold Grid Lace Midi dress $106 Topshop.com
Another sheer option that isn’t completely naked. This midi dress from Topshop features a sheer bottom, neckline, and midsection that still somehow still feels covered up.
8.) Glamorous Fortune Favors Metallic Knit Dress in Rose Gold – $48 from Nastygal.com
Did a complete 180 on you asses, huh? Wear this and take a page right out of The Gospel of Cardi B:
A ho never gets cold.
There’s this lovely Fergie song called Velvet (hear me out, it’s really sexy) that inspired me to pick these looks:
9.) Velvet Deep V Skater Dress-$58 from American Apparel
In this dress, you can live out you deep seeded Michelle Kwan fantasies in real life. What, I’m the only one who had them? Whatever, you know I’m right.
10.) Studio Velvet Trousers ($129.00) & Velvet Studio Jacket ($169.00) from Zara.com
THIS IS WHAT I WANT TO WEAR ALL THE TIME.
NOT JUST HOLIDAYS.
EVERY DAY OF MY GODDAMN LIFE, OKAY?!?!?!
IT IS LITERAL PERFECTION.
